Stain Removal
Carpet Stain Removal, Matched to the Stain
Pet stains, food and drink spills, treated with the right chemistry for the fibre and the source, not one bottle for everything.
One bottle doesn't fix every stain
A pet stain and a wine spill aren't the same chemical problem, and treating them the same way is why a lot of DIY attempts make a stain worse instead of better. We use enzyme cleaners for pet stains, which break down the biological source rather than bleaching it, and pH-balanced agents for food and drink spills, matched to whether the carpet underneath is nylon, polyester or wool. Fresh stains lift more reliably than ones that have set for weeks, so the sooner we see it the better.
What stain removal can't fix
Permanent dye damage, such as bleach spots or a strong dye transfer, and fibre burns aren't stains, they're physical damage to the carpet itself, and no amount of cleaning reverses either one. If that's what you're looking at, patching or repair is the honest answer, and we'll say so rather than treat something that can't be treated.
Matched to the fibre and the source, not a single all-purpose spray. Call (425) 329-5162.

What actually determines whether a stain comes out
Three things decide it: how long the stain has had to set, what caused it, and what fibre the carpet is. We check all three before we treat anything, because the wrong agent applied to the right stain can still set it permanently. If in doubt, a photo and a quick description tells us most of what we need before we arrive.
What it costs
Pricing depends on the number and size of the stains and how set-in they are. Text a photo of the spot and we’ll price it for nothing, and tell you honestly if it’s actually dye damage or a burn that needs patching instead.
